Return and Exchange Policy.
We want you to love your new purchase. Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If there's an issue with your order, contact our customer service via email as soon as possible after receipt.
Exchanges
• No refunds are provided. Exchanges are only available in very exclusive circumstances.
• Proof of Purchase: Required for all exchanges. Please retain your original receipt, e-receipt, packing slip, or order number.
• Condition of exchanges: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Damaged During Transport: Contact us immediately after delivery to report any damage.
Vintage Treasures
• Due to their unique nature, vintage treasures are non-exchangeable. If a vintage item is broken during transport, contact us directly after delivery.
Process
• Contact: Email us with your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item immediately after delivery.
• Approval: Once your exchange is approved, send the item back to our warehouse in San Jose, Costa Rica.
• Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. These costs are non-refundable.
